Our Electrical Exchange Division can usually provide refurbished electronic units in less than one business day. We support technology for every Okuma machine ever created; in fact, since we have so many units in stock, often we’re able to send you a replacement before ever receiving your returned item. All refurbishments are performed by certified Okuma personnel using OEM replacement parts, and those replacement parts are guaranteed for 12 months—which has the potential to save you up to 50% of the cost of new parts. In addition, we offer a Trade-Up program for your old drive units. If you qualify for this program, you can receive an extended warranty and up to $2,000 for your old drive.

The primary goal of Okuma’s Mechanical Exchange Division is to make high-quality recertified parts available for our customers at a fraction of the cost of new parts. If your spindle, motor, or automatic tool changer goes down—no matter the reason—you can simply contact your Okuma distributor for a replacement. When you return the defective one in the prepaid packaging we provide, your defective mechanical device will be recertified by Okuma technicians using OEM replacement parts and then added to our extensive stock for the next customer. All mechanical exchange parts are guaranteed for 24 months when installed by a qualified distributor or an Okuma technician. Our Mechanical Exchange Division has over 600 units in stock for delivery when our customers need them. This allows you to be back in production in just a few days—not the two to three weeks common with third-party rebuilders.
