As the “Official Machine Tool Supplier” for Don Prudhomme Snake Racing, Okuma has begun outfitting the team’s Brownsburg, Indiana shop with its THINC-enabled machine tools. The THINC-OSP allows the Okuma America team to assist Snake Racing engineers with fine-tuning part designs to achieve the power and performance required in the highly competitive field of drag racing. The partnership was rewarded with its first big win at the Checker Schuck’s Kragen NHRA Nationals in February 2008, just one week after joining forces.

This partnership continues Okuma’s dedication to excellence in racing and ensures that Snake Racing has the top technology, service and ingenuity at its side to deliver consistent, high quality results for the team.
