MILLAC heavy duty vertical machining centers offer efficient high precision production capability for large, heavy, hard-to-handle workpieces. These rugged machines feature reinforced column and base construction and rigid guideways that facilitate close tolerance cutting on the heaviest parts. For operational flexibility, MILLAC heavy duty vertical machining centers have a 36-tool ATC, and can be fitted with a 54-tool magazine as an option. The ATC provides a tool-to-tool time of 3 seconds with chip-to-chip time of 7 seconds, reducing overall machining cycle time. Workhorse MILLAC machining centers can be equipped with a two-pallet system to increase machine productivity, as well as accuracy.
