| ONE TOUCH IGF Using One Touch, the user describes the parts geometry using simple commands such as Face/Long/Groove/Thread/etc. from which the system draws the defined shape. Using this shape description, the system develops the complete part program. The off-line version of One Touch IGF is identical to machine side software, allowing for immediate use with no learning curve. KNOW HOW SKETCH This function allows the user to directly import IGF files into a CAD environment, making it possible for the end user to easily acquire part drawings, tool lists, and process sheets. Any existing One Touch IGF file can be imported to produce the additional documentation. ADMAC PARTS CAD PROGRAM This feature allows users to import drawings, define the parts geometry, and develop the cutting processes and program. If a part drawing does not exist, the CAD function has a rich menu of drawing tools. The 'Auto Decide' feature allows the system to interpret the drawing, and create the entire program needed. | PROGRAM CHECK/OSP SIMULATION Eliminate potentially costly errors with this application. Import any Okuma part program and prove out the cutting path and process according to a specific Okuma machine type. Any manually created program can be imported so that existing programs now can be simulated offline, detecting errors before the first real cut. FILE OPERATION Users gain easy project management capability with this robust database for collecting, storing and viewing all related documents for a given project. Processed parts are shown as thumbnail sketches, and all accompanying documentation is easily viewed. An intuitive search engine allows users to filter and search the entire database.
