1. MACHINING PROCESS DESIGN

The appropriate machining shape is acquired from CAD data. CAD output data (DXF file) is loaded and the machining shape and position are obtained. Threading, grooving, and other machining operations are defined.

2. MACHINING AUTO-SET

Processes can be automatically set with the press of a button. The optimum machining processes and conditions are automatically set according to the machining shape and work piece information.

3. TOOL PATH CHECK

Realistic 3D simulation of machining helps identify potential program errors, allowing the operator to edit machining processes as needed.

4. MACHINING INSTRUCTION OUTPUT

A comprehensive information package is created. All the information necessary for machining, such as the tool list and machining instructions and drawings, is simultaneously created with the program.

5. PROGRAM CHECK / OSP SIMULATION

New or existing NC program tool paths can be shown in 3D simulation display directly on your PC. Optional: 3D Virtual Monitor specification machines out of production.
