Q24 is a service developed by Okuma and FedEx that allows you to receive needed parts in an expedited fashion. If you need a part to repair a machine, your distributor's service department will locate that part and if it is in-stock at any of our facilities across the globe, we will arrange to have it shipped directly to you from that location. There's no need for a middle-man to receive, handle and re-ship the part. This direct service includes having the part clear customs in flight, enabling faster repairs and getting your machine up and running as soon as possible.

  • If you need a part, contact your distributor's service department and ask for the Q24 service
  • The distributor will locate the part and determine if it is in-stock
  • If it is in-stock, it will ship via FedEx*, directly to you, within 24 hours
  • If the part is not in-stock, shipment will be arranged as soon as it becomes available

While Okuma machines don't break down very often, we understand that if and when they do, timing is critical. We will work with you to get your machine running as quickly as possible.
