Early in his career Charlie earned his certification from the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute and spent two years working as a Factory Certified Harley Davidson Technician. He then joined a machine tool dealer in the Charlotte area where he spent 10 years in their Field Service department. He joined Okuma America in 2015 as a member of the Support Center team. In 2018 he was promoted to Field Service Manager where he oversees a group of Service Technicians and Engineers who install large machine tools and provide support to Okuma's distributors. Charlie especially enjoys the challenge of coming up with solutions for customers on a daily basis - providing excellent customer service is a rewarding experience.
