Happy Holidays from Okuma

The Okuma blog has a new post each Wednesday, but this week we are taking a break from our usual topics to celebrate the holiday season. During the 2012 Technology Showcase held this December at our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, one of our applications engineers created the really "cool" and seasonally appropriate part shown in the photo. This snowflake was cut on an MCR-BIII double column machining center that is on display in our showroom. Snow is rare in Charlotte, so we are happy to have a sturdy snowflake that won't melt.
