Your distributor finds the part you need and arranges to have it shipped directly to you – including having the part clear customs in flight. That coupled with Okuma’s vast distribution network and experienced service technicians gets you faster repairs so your machine is up and running as soon as possible. All you do is:

1. Contact your distributor's service department and ask for the Q24 service

2. The distributor will locate the part and determine if it is in-stock

3. If it is in-stock, it will ship via FedEx*, directly to you, within 24 hours

4.  If the part is not in-stock, shipment will be arranged as soon as it becomes available

*FedEx shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed directly to the customer.
