Okuma Machine Tool Academy

Okuma America has partnered with Rowan-Cabarrus Community College to provide OEM training for our products and technologies at the Rowan-Cabarrus Advanced Technology Center in Kannapolis, NC.

The purpose of this program is to provide educational opportunities to our distributors and customers on a variety of skills, from legacy machines and controls to the newest technology.

If you’re going to manufacture with the best machine tools on the market, your employees must be well-trained on the technology. From small job shops to large companies like Boeing, John Deere, and General Motors, every student has the same goal: become as efficient as possible on an Okuma machine.
