New Parts

CNC machine users typically want to know: “what do you have on the shelf to support me if I need a part quickly?” In total, we have $200 million in OEM Certified original parts inventory worldwide, ready to ship from a variety of stocking locations. We have $60 million in inventory right here in the Americas, including our North Carolina headquarters and our distributor facilities. Because of the geographic spread of our distributors and their locally stocked inventory, we can often get a part delivered to a customer within a day.

Certified Exchange Parts

Okuma’s Certified Exchange Parts program is designed to maintain the high-performance you’ve come to expect from your Okuma machine tool, and to provide a speedy and cost-effective spare parts solution. The CNC Exchange Division provides electrical repair parts for Okuma-designed CNC control components such as drives, boards and control panels. The Mechanical Exchange Division takes care of major mechanical components such as spindles and CAM boxes. Repairs are performed onsite at either Okuma America or Okuma Japan and are done by OEM Certified Technicians using OEM Certified spare parts.

In the event an item is not locally stocked, Q24, our real time inventory system, checks the world supply of Okuma CNC repair parts on hand. Whether the item is in Germany, Japan, China or Dayton, Ohio, our exclusive logistics partner, FedEx®, can in most cases get the part you need within 24 hours of your order. When orders ship from outside the country, the package clears customs in the air, allowing for faster delivery time.
