Natalie joined Okuma America Corporation in 2017 as a member of the service team. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Wingate University. In her time at Okuma, she has developed and grown the company's training programs to support customer success and manufacturing excellence. She was a key stakeholder in the founding of the Okuma Machine Tool Academy in 2021 and its continued success since then. Natalie earned her Certified Machine Tool Sales Engineer (CMTSE) distinction from the Association for Manufacturing Technology in 2022.
