Dominick Patriarca serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Okuma America Corporation, leading the company’s operations throughout the Americas and helping guide its continued growth, innovation, and commitment to customers.
Dominick joined Okuma in 2025 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2026 before being named President and COO. He brings extensive experience in international business, operations, engineering, and manufacturing. Prior to joining Okuma, he held strategic leadership positions at Gleason Corporation and Lincoln Electric and gained significant global experience through operational assignments in Europe and leadership responsibility for developing markets in Asia.
Dominick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. In his leadership role at Okuma, he is focused on strengthening relationships with employees, customers, distributors, and partners while advancing innovation and creating long-term value throughout the Americas.
