Dominick Patriarca joined Okuma America Corporation in July 2025 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and was promoted to Executive Vice President in February of 2026. In this role, he is responsible for sales, marketing, service, and operations, bringing the teams even closer together to better support our customers, distributors, partners, and members every day.
Dominick brings extensive experience in international business, operations, engineering, and manufacturing. Before joining Okuma, he held strategic leadership positions at Gleason Corporation and Lincoln Electric, where he was instrumental in driving operational excellence and global expansion initiatives.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and is dedicated to advancing Okuma’s mission to deliver innovative technologies and sustainable growth for the Americas region.
