Summer Cline joined Okuma America Corporation in 2018 as Vice President of Finance. She was appointed Senior Vice President in 2024 and promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2026. As CFO, Summer oversees the company’s finance, accounting, commercial operations, human resources, and information technology functions, while leading strategic financial initiatives that support Okuma America’s growth objectives and long-term vision.
Before joining Okuma America, Summer served as Vice President of Finance at Source Technologies, a Charlotte-based technology company. Prior to that, she spent more than a decade with Compass Group North America, a leading food service and support services organization, where she held positions of increasing responsibility, including Project Analyst, Project Manager, and Director of Strategic Projects.
Summer began her career as a State and Local Tax Consultant with Grant Thornton LLP. She holds both a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
