A Fun Culture

We ran across this video from DSTI that shows a day in the life of their company and culture. Dynamic Sealing Technologies, Inc., a Minnesota company, is a global leader specializing in the design and manufacturing of rotary unions and swivel joints used to transfer hydraulic oil, chemicals, water, air, and a variety of other liquids and gases for rotating applications. DSTI is recognized by the Star Tribune as a Minnesota Top Workplace.

A Fun Culture

This recruitment video shows off their workplace and also the fun culture that goes along with it. They have a bunch of Okumas and if you watch carefully, you can see a Renishaw probe in action, too. One of the stars of the video is Penny, the Canine Morale Officer who roams the office halls on Fridays. Oh, and various sweets pop up in cameo roles as well.
