ZOLLER and Delcam Data Exchange (Video)

Check out this video to see a simple and user-friendly data exchange between ZOLLER and Delcam. The interface between the ZOLLER Tool Management Solutions and Delcam’s PowerMILL allows for quick and easy use of tool data in the CAM system. Once added in the ZOLLER database (z.One) the tool data can be accessed throughout the complete production process. The tool data is applied with tool characteristics based on DIN 4000 and technology data in the ZOLLER database. They can then be imported in the CAM system PowerMILL. After a machine simulation for collision control the setup sheet is automatically created and written back to the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions. The entire process is easy, safe and fast.
