Dawn joined Okuma America Corporation in 2012 as a member of the software department. In her current role as Service Coordinator, Dawn works closely with Okuma members and distributors to coordinate and schedule the deployment of Okuma OEM service engineers. She holds a BS in Business Management along with an Associate’s degree in information technology. Continuing education is a priority for Dawn, and she has earned certificates in Six Sigma Green Belt and Program Management, and is a certified ISO Auditor. She feels the best part of her job is putting all that knowledge into action, helping Okuma customers get the support they need, when they need it.
