Product Line Diversification. Okuma continues to invest in innovations to our lineup of machine tool products. Notably, we’ve recently added the new ROID series, Okuma’s next-generation automation systems that provide exceptional precision for automated tasks. ARMROID is a built-in robot packaged within the machine tool that includes functionalities such as part loading and unloading, chatter suppression, chip removal, and in-machine cleaning, ensuring that your Okuma machine consistently operates at its highest efficiency. STANDROID is a standalone robot package that provides automation in high-mix, low to medium-volume production.

Substantial Parts Inventory. Okuma and our distributors continue to maintain over $200 million in global OEM manufactured and certified parts inventory so we’re ready to support your service needs whenever they arise.

Simplified Programming. Select machines from Okuma’s core product line now come equipped with the Advanced One Touch-Interactive Graphics Function (AOT-IGF), a conversational programming software designed for Okuma’s lathes, mills and multitasking machines. AOT enables shops to easily create part-design programs without the need for highly trained programmers, achieve faster setup times, and increase machine productivity. 

Industry Leading Warranty.  Okuma’s warranty program for new and aftermarket-repaired products is second to none in the industry, with up to five years of coverage on new CNC machines and up to two years for aftermarket-repaired parts.  

Free Mechanical (Spindle) & Electrical Evaluation Programs.  Okuma is pleased to offer its customers complimentary evaluations of select mechanical and electrical components of their Okuma machine tools.  These services are completely risk-free to customers, which directly supports our mission of partnering with customers for life.
